Experienced CADCAM Manager for Dental Laboratory

R-Dent Dental Laboratory, Inc. ("R-Dent") is one of the largest privately-owned dental labs in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. It has been family owned since 1978 and manufactures dental prosthesis using the latest and greatest dental technology.

Description: R-Dent is seeking a highly experienced Manager for the CAD Department(s) in its dental lab. This manager must have at least 2 years of experience in CADCAM designing Fixed and Implant plus prior CAD management experience in a medium to large size lab, coordinate/collaborate with other managers, quality-check products, solve problems, and improve the efficiency of the workflow and processes. Experience in Removable CAD is a plus. Should also have experience in milling, scanning and printing.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and Designing Implant/CADCAM dental products (eg. Implants, Crowns and/or Bridges) by reading the prescription and using digital/manual tools to design and complete those dental products;
• Directing and structuring workflow to improve efficiency and quality of products, ensure timely delivery of products, and resolve any problems that arise;
• Managing, motivating, and training employees;
• Performing quality control checks on department's products;
• Ordering supplies; and
• Following all employer policies and regulations/laws.

Compensation: approx. $70,000 annual salary equivalent plus a monthly gross profit incentive, which may equate to $75,000-$100.000+ annually. This monthly incentive is not capped and is based solely on your department's gross profit (not administrative overhead). Candidate is also eligible for $2500 relocation expense reimbursement. Also, you would be part of a management team that makes decisions for the entire company without the hassles of running your ideas for growth and efficiency by corporate and waiting for changes to affect your bottom line!

Education/Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college/technical school or equivalent combination of education and training. Must have at least five years of CADCAM and Implant Experience plus management experience. CDT certification is strongly preferred.
