Join our elite team as a Human Resources Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be an integral part of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our HR practices are finely tuned to support our employees and align with our organizational goals.
You will spearhead the planning, leading, and directing of human resource activities for our manufacturing facilities. You will also be an instrumental in implementing HR policies, procedures, and recruiting while providing invaluable support to upper management to ensure legal compliance and mission implementation.
Your strategic mindset and problem-solving prowess will be put to the test as you tackle employee lifecycle management, hiring practices, onboarding, and employee relations issues with finesse. Base pay PLUS profit sharing quarterly!

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement HR strategies that bolster our plant's mission and goals.
- Oversee two locations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws in all hiring practices.
- Foster a diverse and high-quality talent pool through innovative recruitment activities.
- Oversee onboarding programs to maximize employee success and integration.
- Handle employee relations matters including performance management, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and Workers Compensation.
- Provide direction on employee leave programs, including FMLA, USERRA, and LOA.
- Continually seek new approaches to enhance HR efficiency and compliance.
- Manage employee performance review programs and provide necessary support to management.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards group to administer employee benefits and support wellness initiatives.
- Maintain meticulous employment and payroll records in compliance with state and federal laws.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field-Required
- A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience-Required
- Manufacturing experience-Required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self starter, ability to go with the flow and anticipate issues
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Top notch multi-tasking skills
Preferred qualifications include HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP), and expertise in facilitation, human relations, coaching, and team development in a multicultural setting.
