Job Description
- Operates kitchen equipment in a safe and sanitary manner with complete understanding of how the equipment works.
- Prepares and cooks house recipes, on a daily basis following chef's guidelines and recipes with 100% accuracy. Prepares special request meals as necessary in a timely fashion.
- Records inventory of supplies and orders stock from main storeroom; estimates daily and weekly requirements and replenishes items as appropriate.
- Understands and follows written company procedures with 100% accuracy.
- Performs additional tasks upon request.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Required Experience:
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
- Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (gluten free, sugarless etc.)
- Must be able to perform in fast paced environment
- Precise eye for detail
- 2 years minimum experience
- Must have a current Health card as well as have a working knowledge of all Southern Nevada Health District regulations.
