Description:
- Understand company direction and business plan
- Contribute the product development, not only new product lines but also existing product modification/improvement
- Forecast sales plans and achieve the goals
- Customer Maintenance (Main Person in charge for assigned accounts)
- Proposal to manager in order to improves employee behavior and motivation, initiates staff development objective.
