JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Mobile Fixture and Equipment is a leading provider of high-quality food service and equipment solutions for businesses in the Destin, Florida area. We take pride in delivering top-notch products and services to meet the unique needs of our customers, ranging from restaurants and hotels to institutions and catering services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.


Essential Functions

As an Outside Sales Representative for Mobile Fixture and Equipment, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their food service and equipment needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your territory will be the Destin, FL area, with ample opportunities to engage with a diverse range of clients.


Key Responsibilities

1.      Customer Relationship Management:

o    Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

o    Regularly engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and preferences.

2.      Product Knowledge:

o    Become an expert in our range of food service and equipment products.

o    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements.

3.      Sales Target Achievement:

o    Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

o    Identify new sales opportunities within your territory.

4.      Solution Selling:

o    Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate food service and equipment solutions.

o    Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of our offerings.

5.      Market Research:

o    Stay informed about industry developments and competitors' offerings.

o    Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and tactics.

6.      Documentation and Reporting:

o    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

o    Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

7.      Collaboration:

o    Work closely with the inside sales team, product specialists, and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.

o    Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

Required Education and Experience

  1. A minimum of two years in a sales or sales support role.
  2. Food service/restaurant equipment sales experience.


Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Experience with business-to-business and sales.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  3. Two years in customer service, public speaking or training role. 
  4. Experience in the restaurant industry.


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

1.      Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

2.      Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
