Senior Data Analyst (Sales Operations)

JOB DUTIES:

·       Collaborate with sales and sales operation management to visualize sales metrics for productivity and performance

·       Visualize operational data utilizing Power BI to drive focus on targeted daily operational readiness tasks across multiple departments within North America Operations

·       Conduct data analysis and demand forecasting to improve scheduling management, working closely with sales, marketing and operations.

·       Review, evaluate and improve manual data reporting using SQL and Python Programming for sales and operations.

·       Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques

·       Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets

·       Generate ad hoc reporting utilizing Power BI, SQL, Excel, MS Access  for various departments, senior and executive level management.

·       Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics

·       Industrial Engineering background, preferred

·       5+ years of relevant experience (relevant internships in lieu of years of experience) and is familiar with the following software tools:

o    Coding Knowledge and experience with several languages:  C, C++, Java

o    Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages:  R, Python, SLQ, etc.

o    Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics,:  regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.

o    Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using:  Periscope, Business Objects, D3, ggplot, Power BI, etc.

·       Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including oral and written communication and presentations
