Fitzgerald Auto Malls is looking for the ideal candidate to manage and take service operations to the next level! You would be responsible for a busy service department with loyal customer base. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of the service department.
• Establishes short and long term operating and financial objectives for the service department within the Company’s overall plans and policies.
• Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the dealership
• Select, coach, lead, train and supervise management staff
• Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the department and takes appropriate action as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of OEM franchise service management success
• Time Management and organizational skills are a MUST
• Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize
• Willingness to adapt to current dealer processes
• Ability to coach and mentor staff
