Job description

We are currently seeking part-time Customer Service Clerks for the Kennedy Mall. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, independent thinkers, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Represent Kennedy Mall by delivering high-quality, efficient customer service.
  • Maintain a professional and well-organized Guest Services area, ensuring marketing materials, signage, and displays are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions, offering assistance with the Gift Card program, retail products, payment options, and other mall programs.
  • Provide support to co-workers and other departments as requested by the supervisor; actively participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving the center's goals and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to Kennedy Mall programs.

Your Qualifications:   

  • Strong sales background with general mathematical aptitude and computer literacy in relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to learn and operate gift card issuance software (CardSpot).
  • Proficient in operating credit card and check authorization terminals.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Articulate, outgoing, and able to maintain a professional, pleasant, and courteous appearance at all times.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
