Schedule:

• 8am to 5pm with flexible hours
• On Site: 4 days a week, 1 day remote (flexible)

THE ROLE:

• We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR compliance and benefits administration for our dynamic team of nearly 70 employees. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization operates smoothly and our employees are supported in their professional growth and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience
• Proficiency in HR compliance and benefits administration, including 403B retirement plans strongly preferred
• HR certifications such as SHRM or HRCI is preferred, but not required
• Experience with unions is a plus but not required
