Accounts Payable Clerk

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday
  • 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Starting Pay Rate:

• $20.00 per hour
• Opportunity for raise, benefits upon training and permanent hire

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk who will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The Accounts Payable Clerk will also be responsible for using financial and accounting software to complete tasks, ensure that all invoices are paid on time, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Willing to be cross-trained and support other accounting tasks within the department.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting and finance, entry-level is welcomed
• Proficiency in SAP accounting software and MS Excel is a plus
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in a manufacturing or technology industry is a plus Comfortable working in a team
