💵 Salary: $99K - $145K based on experience + Up to 15% annual bonus

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🌙 Shift: Full-time nights, including rotating weekends.
• 🚀 Oversee the Medical Surgical units, managing both financial and clinical operations.
• 🤝 Develop and implement policies and procedures that support high-quality care and compliance.
• 👥 Lead a team, ensuring effective staff recruitment, retention, training, and development.
• 🔍 Focus on strategic growth of the service line and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• 📜 Current RN license in MO or compact state; specialty certification preferred.
• 🏥 Minimum of 2 years of director-level experience in Medical Surgical units or 5+ years at a managerial level.
• 💼 Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
