Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a front desk associate to become a part of our team! You will accomodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Operate the POS Program taking in Clothes to process orders and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and providing correct change
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English/spanish speaking preferred
