3rd Shift Supervisor Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Asheboro, NC, 27203. As a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations during the overnight shift and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:- Utilize calipers and micrometers to measure and inspect products
- Operate and monitor extrusion machines to ensure proper functioning
- Use measurement gauges to verify product specifications
- Provide leadership and guidance to shift employees
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet production goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Experience using calipers and micrometers for measurement
- Proficiency in operating extrusion machines
- Familiarity with measurement gauges
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
