The VP of Sales - Alternate Channels is entrusted with spearheading the Sales and Operations endeavors pertaining to various clients across Alternate Retail Channels. These focus channels include retailers and ecommerce other than Best Buy, Target, or Amazon.   Retailers may include, but are not limited to:  Walmart, Sams, Costco, Menards, REI, Dicks, and more. This role involves direct collaboration with our Vendor clients and Retail Customers in these channels, ensuring seamless coordination for both Sell-In and Sell-Through activities, whether in physical stores or online platforms.   OneBridge has numerous brands that you can take and sell to some or all of these channels.   Bringing your own book of business is also an option and compensation adjusted accordingly. 

This 100% commission role encompasses a broad spectrum, including identifying and onboarding new clients, arranging meetings with pertinent buyers, preparing clients for product presentations, facilitating buyer meetings, and overseeing product assortments.   Company Support will be provided for navigating retailer systems, coordinating marketing and advertising initiatives through the Retailer, resolving accounting matters, conducting competitive analyses, managing orders, vendor and product setups, and fostering overall relationship management between clients and retailers.

The ideal candidate boasts experience either working at or selling in Alternate Channels for a minimum of 5 Years. Dynamic, flexible, and well-connected individuals with a background in Sales are preferred. This role demands energy, intelligence, positivity, and outgoing demeanor, with a generous commission structure as it's only compensation.
