Aegis is partnered with a manufacturer in the Jonesboro area looking to add an IT Support Technician to their 1st shift team! This is a direct hire, onsite position with a full host of benefits including PTO, pension, and advancement opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Handling IT tickets
- Handle basic IT issues with keyboards, mice, printers, PCs, etc.
- Customer service - forward facing to employees.
- Computer repairs & upgrades.
- Handle Manufacturing IT issues such as PLC networks.
Requirements:
- 1+ YOE in an IT support role OR a 2-year degree in IT. Open to new grads.
- Certificates highly preferred - Networking, A+, etc.
- Some manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
