ASST. BRANCH MANAGER

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for providing support to the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch. This includes overseeing the sales team, managing inventory, and providing support to the warehouse manager for truck routing and dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, receiving, and stocking products when needed.

• Recruit, hire, and train new employees.

• Manage customer relationships.

• Resolve customer complaints.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Or experience in related industry.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
