Director of Human Resources

This position will be on-site at our corporate headquarters in Franklin, TN.

The Director of Human Resources requires broad-based HR experience managing both strategic and day-to-day operations of key HR functions and deliverables, including the following:

• Performance Management, Metrics and Evaluations
• Bench Strength and Succession Planning
• Compensation
• Employee Relations and Legal Compliance
• Culture Development and Alignment, DE&I
• Talent Acquisition, Hiring and Onboarding
• Payroll & Benefits Administration
• HRIS
• Loss Prevention & Safety

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ previous experience managing an HR Department/Team with the above functions.

Please note: Experience is required in a decentralized, multi-unit, multi-state environment, which could include hotel chain, retail chain, or restaurant chain. Prefer an organization with more than 3,000 employees. ***Please make sure I can find this information on your resume!!

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• SHRM-CP or SCP certification required.
• Strong foundational knowledge of, and experience with, technologies used to maximize efficiency of HR processes and deliverables.
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
