-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service

-Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options to meet their individual needs

-Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting

-Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate adjustments or additions to coverage

-Process policy changes, claims, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency

-Fluent in both English and Spanish.

-Strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

-Licensed or willing to become licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (Owner will pay for the first test).

-Open to licensed and non-licensed individuals; mutual understanding that the applicant will get licensed if not already.

-Willingness to undergo a final round of interviews, including a personality assessment.
