Director of Nursing

The Inn at Apple Ridge is a 74 bed Assisted Living with Memory Care facility in Richfield, Ohio, 10 minutes north of Akron.

We are seeking an organized, compassionate, hard-working LPN or RN who is an enthusiastic, strong leader, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. 

Directors are rewarded with many benefits including PTO, health insurance, life insurance and free meals.  This is a salaried position.

REQUIRED:

• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care leadership role
• Knowledge of ODH regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
