- Coordinate installations, scheduling, and follow-ups with builders and HomePro's technical team
- Assist in the development and implementation of builder support strategies to enhance cooperation and efficiency
- Provide timely and effective solutions to builders’ concerns and queries relating to HomePro systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create materials and presentations for builder-related activities
- Stay informed about industry trends, builder needs, and home automation technology advancements
- Participate in builder showcases, events, and networking meetings to represent HomePro and its interests
- Customer-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in coordination roles, preferably within the home technology or construction sectors
- Organizational prowess and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation in the home services industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or related field
- Self-motivated, team player with a dedication to excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience working closely with builders or contractors
- Familiarity with home automation and smart home technologies
