Territory Manager - Landscaping Coatings

The territory to be covered is NY, CT, MA, VT, RI, NH and ME
Sales
· Understand and implement the company's Selling System, focusing on identifying and satisfying customer needs.
· Conduct a Customer Needs Assessment and provide technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
· Negotiate prices, terms of sales and service agreements.
· Maintain customer records, using automated systems and Sales Force.
· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
· Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing.
· Responsible for collecting AR and managing territory P&L Budget.
· Conduct Yearly Reviews with customers to anticipate needs.
· Maintain and grow the customer base.
· Develop new and profitable accounts utilizing both colorant and equipment.
· Assist other sales regions/territories when needed or asked by supervisor.
· Assist in managing National Accounts within territory region
Field Service
· Handle and resolve customer colorant and equipment needs in a timely manner to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction.
· Provide equipment related operational reviews, minor service and repair, and handle parts inquiries in conjunction with the technical services team
· Assist in installing new Saharas, GEM volumetic panels, and auxiliary equipment.
· Calibrate and compare both CB and competitive colorant to provide recommendations on efficiency.
· Complete Operational Reviews of CB equipment on customer yards.
· Parts orders and troubleshooting equipment
· Monitor and proactively communicate online data from GEM and PRO systems.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Business, Agriculture Studies, Marketing, or other relevant business degree.
Required Work Experience:
At least 5 years business or business outside sales experience.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, internet application) etc.

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to travel (up to 75%)

· Equipment operator orientation
· Electrical and mechanical safety training
