Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults facing mental health challenges in the Oklahoma City metro area? The Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center (OCCIC) and the Oklahoma County Crisis Recovery Unit (OCRU) are seeking a dedicated case manager to support clients across both facilities.

As a Behavioral Health Case Manager, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the recovery journey of our clients. From discharge planning to connecting individuals with essential housing and recovery resources, your efforts will help prevent relapses and ensure lasting positive outcomes. Supported by agency and facility leadership, you'll also contribute to implementing state initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health services.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, funded through a grant for three (3) years
  • Salary:
    • Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $46,000.00 ($22.11/hr) plus benefits
    • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $41,000.00 ($19.71/hr) plus benefits
  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt
  • Vacancy: One (1)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field, plus two (2) years of professional case management experience in behavioral health services.
  • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited program.

Special Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for job-related purposes.
  • Completion of Department-sponsored case management certification within 30 days of start date (subject to training availability).
