About the Job:
At Nivagen as a Sales Support Manager you will be responsible for account management, clint relationship building and assisting sales and supply chain teams as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Selling the Nivagen Pharma portfolio to the specified account base, with an end goal of meeting or exceeding all team sales goals.
- Leverage already formed industry relationships and built new relationships with unknown customers to promote Nivagen as a company and its product portfolio.
- Drive effective account planning and management processes by finding key influencers within accounts and building relationships at the right level.
- Work closely with the Sales team and Supply Chain groups to share market intelligence.
- Lead and development and implementation of the account and product plans with a cross functional team approach.
- Seek out opportunities to present or engage at industry events, customer events, and trade shows.
- Help in identifying the launch targeting and strategy for new products being added to the portfolio.
- Sales teams price loading at third-party logistics and wholesalers.
- Loads all products on drug data solutions.
- Develop, order, receive, pick up, ship marketing materials and swag for the sales team.
- Executive Assistant Tasks for CEO, such as booking flights, schedule meetings/zoom calls, conference planning/scheduling and everyday office tasks.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales and logistics handling operations experience needed.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Account based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
- Strong Learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent and influential.
- Demonstrated ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.
- Possess a powerful sense of teamwork and collaboration including interacting with professionals at all levels & cross functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is needed.
Requirements:
- Will be needed to travel up to 40%. This includes travel to customers, industry meeting / events.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.
- Required to attend offshore calls from home with partner companies as needed.
- Must live or willing to move to Sacramento Metropolitan Region (Approx. 70 miles radius).
