This accounting and Human Resource Managers is a key role within our organization. Your duties will play a vital role in supporting our front office, sales team, project coordinators and purchasing personnel. While most of the activities related to your role will be technically simple, they are time sensitive and extremely important to our company. Attention to detail is critical for this position. A few examples of everyday activities are listed below. This list is by no means comprehensive but should give any candidate a good idea of what a normal week will consist of.
· Create bids and invoices inside of Quickbooks
· Balance bank statements
· Run job reports for finished projects
· Data Entry
· Create Pay Applications for certain clients
· Submit payroll to our payroll partner and other payroll related activities
· Manage and update contractor insurance requirements
· Manage personnel files and new hire documents
