Trade Reconciliation Specialist

We are a Ballantyne/Charlotte, NC based FX Broker looking for a Trade Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records within a rapidly expanding organization. This is a fast-paced environment in which the candidate will need to be able to take ownership of responsibilities, efficiently manage workload and priorities, communicate effectively and suggest, design and implement streamlining processes.

Responsibilities:

• Settlement of daily trading activity across multiple platforms
• Update accounting system with daily trading activity
• Reconcile bank accounts related to customer trading activity
• Preparation of monthly commission payment data
• Reconcile currency accounts and maintain hedge positions
• Update reports for business operations
• Enter customer non-trading transactions into the accounting system

​Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or verified employment experience in lieu
• Two years of accounting experience or other related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to incorporate new processes and information into existing structure
• Capable of effectively communicating with staff and clients in a cooperative manner
