Job Description

PepWear is getting ready to attend the annual Music for All Marching Competitions beginning in September and running through November! We are looking for a working team to become Souvenir Event Sales Representatives to join our team.

The job requires you to work 8 events throughout an 8-week season on a scheduled route. You will be selling custom shirts, and other memorabilia that are created for each event, and are offered for sale onsite.

The Event Representative is responsible for:
• Getting PepWear's merchandise and equipment to the event site
• Setting up the sales booth
• Selling the products via square point of sales system
• Packing up the booth after the event
• Reporting sales and expenses, and accounting for money collected via event software
• Managing a team of 1 to 5 additional workers who will assist with the duties

Highlights include:

$400 a week (per person), plus a bonus is available if you beat your sales goals
PepWear will supply the 20 ft trailer and/or Pickup Truck or U-Haul Box truck
PepWear will pay all travel expenses (including meals, lodging, hotels & fuel)

The job requires being on your feet for hours at a time and lifting/moving boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Marching contests typically start in the morning and end in the evening.

The Event Representative will become a PepWear Employee and must:
• Have auto insurance
• Pass a background check
• Have a clean driving record

Pay will be structured as follows:

$400 a week (per person), plus a bonus is available if you beat your sales goals
$300 each day of the event (per person)

If you beat your sales goal, you receive 5% of the additional sales over your goal.
1. Excludes: Super Regionals & Indianapolis Grand Nationals)
2. End of season bonus dependent on how well sales go for the season.
