JQ Staffing Services is searching for an experienced customer service representative to work with a team in a very busy HVAC company in Warminster, PA. We are looking for someone reliable and energetic to join our growing company. You will be responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, remain calm for the caller on line, effectively communicate with the customer and the services techs. You manage the calls and ensure that the proper service techs are in place and communicate with the customers any updates or changes. You will enter all information into the vendor data base and handle any reports that are required.
The Qualifications of a good customer service person in the dispatch department are the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, incredible multi-tasking skills, excellent communication skills, rapidly input the information into a data base. Attention to detail and organization is key for this role.
