Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by

managing an effective team to provide quality services. Responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of PATH’s Adult Day Program (ADP) in accordance with PATH’s mission, values, and principles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in human services
At least five years of experience, including supervisory, working directly with people with intellectual disabilities.
Driver’s License/Use of own vehicle

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Lifting and transferring individuals, as needed

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1. Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Adult Day Program (ADP)

2. Plan for new and improved consumer service in accordance with best practices

3. Maintain and enforce compliance with all funding and/or licensing entities, such as, but not limited to the

Office of Developmental Programs’ Adult Day Training Regulations; 55 PA. Code Chapter 2380, and

Philadelphia Intellectual Disabilities Services.

4. Ensure the timely and accurate response to any licensing activities
