CRM Business Analyst *URGENT!*

*Candidate must reside in California able to report to offices in the Greater Sacramento area, with potential travel on occasion to SoCal offices.

We are seeking a talented and proven Systems Administrator and/or Business Analyst with experience working with CRM or BPM platforms that can organize, structure, and meet deliverables for a large-scale company-wide CRM integration! This individual will play a critical IT role in the creation and implementation of the company-wide rollout and will work directly with the lead Business Analyst reporting to the CEO, who also collaborates with key stakeholders, including the executive team and end users to provide user support while also communicating and partnering with API to deliver the vision and strategy translating business needs into action.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and administering the platform to ensure its smooth operation and optimal performance.
• Configuring and customizing the system based on business requirements.
• Developing and maintaining workflows, business rules, and processes within the system.
• Creating and managing user roles, security settings, and access permissions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, system errors, and user problems.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes.
• Conducting system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
• Designing and generating reports, dashboards, and analytics within the platform.
• Training end-users on system functionality and providing ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years experience with proven experience as a system administrator, business analyst, or software developer preferably with specific experience in Creatio (formerly bpm online) or similar CRM or BPM platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of the CRM or BPM platforms such as SAGE or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and automation.
• Proficiency in database management, SQL queries, and data integration.
• Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data structures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide user support.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team..
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to translate business needs and nontechnical information into technical information and visa versa.
• Able and willing to travel between office locations in Northern and Southern CA to gather user information and incorporate division ideas and needs into the new CRM.
• Renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing experience is highly desired
