Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: management of sales tools including CRM and BI tool. CRM optimization. Complete data entry into systems, track business, create extract data from various sources, synthesize turning data into usable information and distributing to the proper channel. Provide accurate and efficient sales reporting and other analysis and intelligence essential for the efficient operations of the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reporting and lead the development of new reporting tools as needed.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pipeline reports and dashboards to track sales opportunities.
  • Provides Business Intelligence and synthesizes sales and marketing data for business leadership.
  • Analysis of sales data to identify sales/market trends, profitability, and cyclicality of business.
  • Administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure data integrity, load product information, update data, and track opportunities within the CRM including system optimization and process improvement. Liaise with IT acting as the bridge between sales and IT to ensure system utilization and enhanced performance of program.
  • Maintain Dealer Dashboard data integrity by tracking new business, discount amounts, demonstrations, and profitability of dealerships by utilization of the Vactor/Elgin BI tool.
  • Development of win/loss reporting to track new business by segment, dealer, and RSM.
  • Responsible for maintenance of monthly new business reporting to track actuals vs. plan, discounting and profitability for all sales channels.
  • Create sales data repository to capture market data obtained from demonstration initiatives and other customer interfaces.
  • Attend dealer market planning sessions to gather market information and common trends observed throughout all the sessions. Some dealer sessions will require travel.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or other related filed desirable
  • 1-3 years of experience mining, manipulating, and formatting large data sets to a construction of models in a Sales environment highly desirable
  • Must have proven experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Dynamics preferred), data management, BI tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R) preferred
  • Independently research, identify, and analyze new data sets that aid the strategic planning process
  • Ability to interpret data and make thoughtful business recommendations
  • Ability to work with large sets of unstructured data independently
  • Process-oriented thinker with proven track record in problem-solving, data interpretation and process mapping

Salary Range - $75k-90k
