Foxlink Group is a multinational company. It headquarters is based in Taiwan with manufacturing factories in around the Asian countries. Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing. We are dedicated to being a trusted supplier in the manufacturing industry.

Foxlink Arizona Inc. is located on 2140 W Pinnacle Peak Rd., Phoenix Arizona 85027.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented industrial engineer to join our team. As an industrial engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, reducing waste, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.

Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean principles and methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.

Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity.

Cost Reduction:
Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to reduce operational expenses without compromising quality or safety.

Supply Chain Optimization:
Work with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve supplier relationships.

Capacity Planning:
Forecast production demands and develop capacity plans to meet customer needs while optimizing resource utilization.

Continuous Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading Kaizen events, facilitating process workshops, and providing training to team members.

Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and performance metrics to facilitate knowledge sharing and decision-making.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams., Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) is a plus., Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
