Job description

You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr Stf (Level 5) for the Core Industrial Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for supporting 1LMX preparation and execution, leading engineering standardization across facilities, and owning roadmaps for digital integration.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Industrial Engineer Sr Stf (Level 5) you will be responsible for delivering highimpact engineering solutions that enable efficient manufacturing operations.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Support all Industrial Engineering activities related to 1LMX preparation and execution.

  • Lead standardization of time standards, Lean Six Sigma, layout optimization, and data governance across manufacturing facilities.

  • Develop and maintain roadmaps and execution plans for engineering standardization and digital integration.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure data integrity.
