Role Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator will support human resource functions for all operating companies served by our client as well as office management functions for the Memphis, Tennessee corporate office. This individual will ensure the human resources information system ("HRIS") is accurate and develop and maintain communication to ensure employees have knowledge of policies and general information. This position carries responsibilities in employee relations, HRIS maintenance, and daily administrative duties and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as administrator for several critical human resources functions, including weekly payroll processing and management of employee records.
Compile and utilize information from HRIS to ensure the processing of timecards and other responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Assist in onboarding of new hires through processing information in the HRIS and other onboarding portals.
Monitor and process offboarding in a timely manner by communicating effectively with employee managers.
Facilitate and communicate organizational policies and programs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Human Resources function by working closely with the rest of the Human Resources team and members of other departments.
Assist in advancing Company culture and values both internally and externally.
Provide internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver human resources, which may require travel.
Provide administrative support to our client and their and portfolio companies, including mail distribution, reception, project coordination / scheduling and other related internal operations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel and other group activities.
Manage certain expense reporting, maintenance and custodial services, office supply inventory or other routine processes.
