Requirements:

MUST BE LOCATED IN THE STATES OUR AGENCY SERVICE: TX, CO, NE, OK, AR, MO & KS IF NOT IN ONE OF THESE STATES PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
Positive Attitude: We're looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers are essential.
Self-Motivated: Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
Sales Experience: While previous sales experience is preferred, it's not required. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Certification Life Insurance license in residential state. If you do not have one, we will aid in that process.
Smartphone or a dedicated device to make phone calls to members.
Computer: Preferably a laptop to have the ability to be mobile but if you plan on working fully virtual a desktop is fine. Also, Windows based program is recommended due to software compatibility. Chromebooks DO NOT work for this position.
