Responsibilities:

Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.

Sales:

Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations and upselling opportunities.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability.
Stay informed about current promotions, sales events, and product launches to effectively promote and sell products to customers.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience in customer service and sales roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
Flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
