We're looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process.

You will be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease.

You will become an integral part of our work family, and serve as a strong voice on our executive committee. On this committee, your ideas will help shape the destiny of the future of the company.

If desired, you can also make real estate sales with your sphere of influence to earn real estate commissions.

Compensation: $55,000 Salary (Plus Opportunity to Sell Real Estate)

Responsibilities

•Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
•Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
•Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
•Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
•Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance

Qualifications

•This position is M-F, in office, in our Mount Pleasant SC location
•Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
•High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
•Passionate about providing excellent customer service
•Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
•Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
