REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Communication skills, a team spirit, and an attentive, empathetic attitude

Experience with additional Microsoft products would be a bonus.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This dispatch position normally works from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

As a Service Dispatcher, you help maintain an organized job calendar and ensure efficient workdays! Customer service is key as you answer phone calls, speak with clients, and help address any concerns they have. Attentive to detail, you handle invoicing and add service calls to our job board as you schedule appointments. As you dispatch our field technicians, you strive to assign jobs as efficiently and time effectively as possible.
