Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for traveling to client locations weekly, gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. Must be a self starter, be able to accomplish tasks with little oversight and bring your "A" game. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Make weekly visits to clients in multiple territories. Including but not limited to Beaufort, Hilton Head, Charleston and surrounding areas.
• Conduct company presentations in front of large groups of people. 50+
• Able to assist with incoming phone calls, booking orders and learning all customer service areas within the company.
• Manage and respond timely to emails after hours and occasionally on weekends.
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Manage and provide suggestions for improvement with current marketing strategies.
• Compile and present data to leadership weekly.

​Qualifications:

• While the majority of your role will be traveling, some work will be performed from the office. There will be opportunities to work on tasks in your home office if you have a quiet space and meet the tech requirements. 
• Must be timely, reliable, cheerful, energetic and well organized.
• Previous experience in customer service
• Possibility to drive company vehicle (Must have clean 10yr driving record and meet company requirements)
• Work experience with successful results in Marketing preferred over a degree.
• Familiarity with data collection.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Must be proficient with computers, ability to learn new technology and various software packages: Including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite products, Google platform and products, Canva, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, email and maintaining a calendar.
• Able to manage customer escalations during off-hours and occasional weekends.
