- Collaborate with the HR team to manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide translation services as needed to facilitate communication with bilingual clients and labor.
- Engage in direct client interactions to attract and onboard.
- Fluency inEnglish and Spanish(bilingual proficiency).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR coordination is preferred.
- Must be able to travel.
