Thank you for considering my client's job opening as a vice president of construction in Phoenix.

If you believe that the best way to treat people on your team is to live by the golden rule rather than some forced DEI policy, you might be a fit.

If you have a bias for action and can make decisions quickly, you might be a fit.

If you live in Phoenix and are willing to work regular office hours in Scottsdale, you might be a fit.

If you can laugh at yourself as much as others, you might be a fit.

If you are a director or higher working in construction for a mid to large-cap housing company, you might be a fit.

If those items made you smile, you are likely a fit.
