Wood’s CRW Corp., a second-generation family owned Construction Equipment Distributor is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our team at our North Oxford, MA location.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Service Manager with prioritizing and scheduling service and repair of machines and equipment.
• Effectively communicating with customer partners on status of machine repairs.
• Providing backup for the Service Manager as needed.
• Assisting in shop as needed.
• Supervising all department files to ensure material is properly filed.
• Operating within all policies and procedures of the company.

• Good Computer and Systems Knowledge-ability to learn industry s+pecific software system
