Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing, overseeing payroll and human resource personnel
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5-7+ years of proven experience as an HR manager or director
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in a multi-state, multi-location business, including operations in the state of California, overseeing both payroll and human resources
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis related to HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Proven experience overseeing human resource and payroll functions of the business
- SPHR certification

Pay: $106,900.00 - $138,800.00 per year

Expected hours: Full-Time

Schedule:

Overtime as needed.

Work Location:

Monday to Friday in Office / In Person, based at Littleton CO Headquarters - Required

Travel:

25- 30% travel to Beacon and Comtel Locations - Required

Ability to Relocate:

Littleton, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
