Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Representative to join our team. The Demand Generation Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by generating and qualifying leads for our products/services. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
  2. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and purchasing intent through effective communication and discovery techniques.
  3. Reach out to past customers to explore additional service opportunities and foster ongoing relationships.
  4. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  5. Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update customer information, and ensure accurate lead management and reporting.
  6. Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance lead generation strategies and tactics.
  9. Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams based on customer insights and feedback gathered during lead interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or marketing.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools for lead management and tracking.
  6. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  7. Knowledge of demand generation best practices, lead generation techniques, and sales processes.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  9. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for driving business growth and success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and email marketing tools.
  3. Familiarity with inbound marketing methodologies and content marketing strategies.
  4. Previous experience in a technology or SaaS company.
  5. Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Certification, Google Analytics Certification).

Compensation/Benefits:
