Skills needed:
- Assisting GM with operations and P&L management or have been acting GM.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment and uphold service standards
- Participate in community involvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of management experience in quick-service or full-service restaurants
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- P&L management expertise
- Ability to assess and improve employee performance
- Experience in business planning and implementation
