Director of Account Operations

BlueWave is hiring a Director of Account Operations for a technology client with headquarters in Boston, MA 02108. As a Director of Account Operations, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with the company’s key clients. 

Responsibilities:

• As the company-wide subject matter expert, I ensure that all functional groups are aware of any pertinent updates that impact their specific area of business.  

• Intimately familiar with processes/systems and utilizes these tools to promote the company as the premier technology partner

• Establish a cadence of meaningful conversations with the key individuals, delivering value and deepening our relationship globally. This includes corporate meetings, quarterly checkpoints, and travel to flag conferences as needed.   

• partnering with the departmental leads within the organization, you will help create systems, processes, and procedures that enable us to deliver an impeccable customer experience.   

• Stays up-to-date with internal and external developments, suggesting new ways to grow our business and improve our operational efficiencies across the board.   

• Delivers the reporting necessary for the Executive team to have a thorough understanding of the health of our brand/flag relationship and operation, providing recommendations for continued growth and operational changes. 

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience. 

• The candidate must have 5+ years of partnership and/or operations experience working with a large organization as a high performer. 

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills are required. 

• Candidate must possess demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiating skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
