ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Vista Viewpoint Data Analyst proficient in SQL, Crystal Reports and Power BI to join our team. As a Vista Viewpoint Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data related to our Vista Viewpoint software platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Develop and maintain Crystal Reports, Vista Work Centers and Power BI dashboards and present data-driven insights.
Proven experience working with Vista Viewpoint software and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analysis.
SQL Database management and SQL Programming ability
The ability to integrate and extract SQL data from various software systems.
Other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Vista Viewpoint software and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analysis.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professional standard grammar;
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
Normal vision range (with or without corrective eye ware);
Ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols 100% of the time.
