Note: We are in the process of migrating to UKG Pro as our new cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The successful candidate for this role will assist in this system implementation, which will go live later this year, and then serve as the primary system administrator for Talent Management tools going forward (see more detailed responsibilities below).
Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Talent Management programs
Partner with senior leaders across Operations and Staff Functions to identify talent priorities and develop solutions that support business objectives
Provide consultation and guidance to leaders on performance management, career development, talent assessment, coaching & feedback, and succession planning
Develop and maintain frameworks, tools, and resources that support meaningful performance and development conversations across the organization
Partner closely with the Learning and Development team to align talent initiatives with leadership development, employee training, and capability-building strategies
Use talent data and organizational insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring action or investment
Drive adoption and effectiveness of talent programs through communications, leader coaching, stakeholder engagement, and change management
Lead annual and cyclical talent processes while ensuring consistency, accountability, and a positive employee experience
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements that improve business outcomes and employee growth
Develop and deliver presentations, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership regarding talent trends, workforce capability, and organizational needs
Lead and develop Talent Management team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and service-oriented support for business partners

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $108,000 to $160,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
Benefits: When you join our team, you and your dependents will be offered coverage under our comprehensive employee benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
