Position Summary
The Talent Management Partner is a strategic HR professional who manages the full-cycle recruitment process and promotes positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers. The Talent Management Partner manages, implements, and communicates proactive recruitment strategies to reduce vacancy rates and time-to-fill.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Equivalent Experience: Three (3) years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or a similarly complex, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related field
Five years of recruitment experience
Experience with high-volume Applicant Tracking Systems, Infor, Google, data management, and record-keeping
Proven success in placing top talent, building pipelines, and effectively developing relationships with hiring manager
