Talent Acquisition Strategist
This is a hybrid role. Candidate must be within 60 miles of Tampa, FL.

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Strategist will be responsible for the sourcing and full cycle recruiting for corporate positions. ย Build pipelines for hard-to fill, critical positions as well as keeping D&H on the cutting edge of recruiting using online tools and establishing relationships with source schools, and any other opportunities that may exist for us to find the best talent for D&H.ย 



Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruiting for all Corporate positions.
  • Establish strong positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Learn and understand the positions and talent within D&H.
  • Maintain recruiting database and spreadsheets and be able to analyze this information to make decisions to improve recruiting process.
  • Use creative, passive, and direct sourcing techniques such as networking, relationship building, referral inquiries, candidate pipelining, database mining, internet searching, and cold calling.
  • Establish relationships with schools, businesses and recruiters to put D&H at the forefront for skilled potential talent.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
  • Must have knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs, policies, and procedures as well as other pertinent HR law and regulations.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and handle multiple competing tasks and demand.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats. ย 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.

Requirements:

  • Education
    1. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience
    1. 3+ years in a corporate recruiting role filling a variety of positions.
    2. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
