The Role:

Our Customer Service Representatives serve our customers by providing answers to their questions and solutions to their needs. Their priority is ensuring 5-star customer service with ever interaction and every call.

Schedule:

Now hiring for two different shift options. See shift options below.

• Option 1: Monday - Friday 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
• Option 2: Tuesday - Friday 9:00A.M. to 6:00 P.M. & Saturday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a fast-paced, high-volume environment from customers, field technicians, and the general public.
• Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with our customers, inform them of all benefits of doing business with Peterman, and creating an open and accessible communication route.
• Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy when inputting information taken from customers.
• Assist in outbound calling to meet company appointment needs.
• Meet all quantitative and qualitative standards established for the department and the CSR role, including acceptable standards, call availability and call quality.
• The introduction and closing of active promotions, service agreements, and any additional services that we provide.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of dispatch/customer service experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A clean, safe driving record, background check, and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or GED.
